Entergy also proposes the following miscellaneous changes to the Official Exhibit List for Track One Contentions:

  • Exhibits ENTR70001 and ENTR80001 be removed from the list and replaced with ENTR140001, which supersedes those versions and was admitted into evidence on August 20, 2013.2
  • Exhibit ENT000041 should be designated public rather than non-public.
  • Exhibit ENT00123A should be designated public rather than non-public.
  • Exhibit ENT00269B should be designated non-public, because it contains full-text copyrighted material.
  • Exhibit ENT000393 should be designated non-public, because it contains full-text copyrighted material.
  • The ADAMS accession number for ENT000054 should be updated, because the document failed to load properly using the current accession number. Entergy also requests that this document be designated non-public because it contains full-text copyrighted material.
  • Exhibit NYSR0270B should be designated public rather than non-public.
  • Exhibits NYSR00211, NYSR0270A, and NYSR0270B are color versions of original (grayscale) Exhibits NYS000211, NYS00270A, and NYS00270B, respectively.3 The Board may wish to reflect this fact in the title descriptions for those exhibits.
