April 13, 1981 ORDER (Time and Place of Prehearing Conference)
The Board's Memorandum and Order of March 31, 1981, stated that the exact time and place of the prehearing conference of April 29, 1981 would be specified at a later date. The Board was unable to obtain a suitable place for the hearing in San Clemente, California. The Conference will be held instead in San Diego at the United States Tax Court, located at 880 Front Street, 4-S-19 Federal Building, San Diego, California.
It will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. on the 29th.
