-Bruch Intervenor Friends of the Earth, et al., (FOE) served by mail three documents dated February 18, 19, and 20, 1981, posing interrogatories for the NRC Staff's response (collectively, FOE's Second Set of Interrogatories to NRC Staff).
This stipulation confirms the oral agreement reached March 4, 1981 between the Staff and FOE that 14 days, plus 5 days for service by mail, is not an adequate time within which to prepare responses to these interrogatories.
It is hereby stipulated, by and between the parties through their respective counsel of record that Staff may have up to and including April 1, 1981 within which to respond to said interrogatories.
