(San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, Units 2 and 3), Docket Nos. 50-361-0L and 50-362-0L, is hereby reconstituted by appointing the following Administra tive Judges to the Board:
Mr. James L. Kelley, and Mrs. Elizabeth B.
Johnson.. Mr. Ivan W. Smith and Dr. Emmeth A. Luebke were members of this Board but, because of schedule conflict, are unable to serve.
As reconstituted, the Board is comprised of the following Admi trative Judges:
James L. Kelley, Chairman Mrs. Elizabeth B. Johnson 14 Dr. Cadet H. Hand, Jr.
