Dear Dan:
Pursuant to our conversation of yesterday, I have compiled a list of the cases that will be going to hearing during the 1981 calendar year in which emergency preparedness contentions have been raised by one or more of the parties.
As we have done in the TMI-1 restart proceeding, we will look to FEMA to provide both written and oral testimony in each case concerning the state of offsite emergency preparedness.
The specific emergency preparedness cases going to hearing this year are:

V. C. Summer Nuclear Station (S. Carolina)
June - July 1981 San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station July 1981 (California)
W. H. Zimmer Nuclear Power Station (Ohio)
August 1981 Pilgrim Nuclear Station (Massachusetts).
September 1981 Susquehanna Steam Electric Station October 1981 (Pennsylvania)
The lead attorney in each of these cases has been or will be in contact with you in the near future to coordinate the preparation of the required testimony.
