NRC STAFF'S REQUEST TO INTERVENOR FOE FOR PRODUCTION OF TAPE RECORDINGS Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.741, the NRC Staff requests Intervenor Friends of the Earth, et al. (FOE), to make available for inspection and copying at a mutually agreeable time and place and in a mutually agreeable manner, any and all tape or other voice recordings (including transcripts thereof) made by FOE or anyone acting on its behalf, of any and all meetings involving, jointly or severally, the Applicants (including their consultants and advisors) in this proceeding, the NRC Staff (including its consultants and advisors), any other persons identified in "Intervenor, FOE, et al.
Answers to Interrogatories Propounded by Southern California Edison", dated February 2, 1981, or any Federal, State or local government officials or employees who have provided substantive information to FOE concerning emergency preparedness as relevant to this proceeding.
The above request is limited to meetings which in their entirety or in part concern FOE's contentions in this proceeding as identified and
