Listing of North Anna Units 1 and 2 Technical Specifications Basis Changes for the period of 10/1/2012 through 9/30/2013 Approval Affected Revision TSCR Date Pages Description Bases Revision 49 N-086 01/28/13 B3.4.20-3 Revises the TSs requirements regarding B3.4.20-5 steam generator tube inspections and B3.4.20-6 reporting as described in TSTF-510, Revision B3.4.20-7 2, "Revision to Steam Generator Program B3.4.20-8 Inspection Frequencies and Tube Sample Selection." The changes are consistent with NRC-approved Industry TSTF Standard Technical Specifications change TSTF-51 0, Revision2.

Bases Revision 50 N-078 11/20/12 3.3.1-25 Revises the TSs (for Unit 2 only)* by B3.3.1-26 deleting the Steam Generator Water Level B3.3.1-27 Low Coincident with Steam Flow/Feedwater B3.3.1-28 Flow Mismatch Reactor Trip Function from B3.3.1-29 the TS Table 3.3.1-1.
