On Wednesday, November 18, 1981 the Division of Engineering, Nuclear Reactor Regulation provided an assessment of the possible merit of recent correspondence from Mr.
David W. Phifer.
This correspondence provides some new seismic information.
The applicant has been requested to investigate this new data and provide a report of its findings to the NRC staff for its review.
Since this action involves matters which the parties are raising in this proceeding, it is being forwarded for the Board's information.
