Dear Sir or Madam,

By this letter Entergy submits to the NRC the attached Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station In-Service Inspection (ISI) Owner's Activity Report (OAR-i) for Operating Cycle 19.

This report has been prepared in accordance with ASME Section XI 2001 with 2003 addenda and NRC approved Code Case N-532-4, and has been certified by the Authorized Nuclear Inservice Inspector (ANII) attesting that all code-required examinations and repair/replacement activities at Pilgrim during Cycle 19 were performed in accordance with the requirements of the ASME XI Code.

There are no new commitments made in this letter.
