[A Non-profit Engineering Corporation under consideration]

salutes the NRC Chairman and NRC Staff for holding an excellent technical and public relations meeting for educating 8.4 Million Southern Californians on the San Onofre Decommissioning Process in accordance with President Obama's Open Government Initiative and NRC Rules.

During discussions with the NRC Staff, it was pointed out that 90% of NRC budget is funded by inspection fees from the Nuclear Industry. This represents perception of a direct conflict of interest between NRC and Nuclear Industry, NRC is trying to regulate in terms of accomplishing its safety mission to protect the public from potential nuclear accidents. US Government and Congress is providing billions of dollars to foreign governments in terms of military assistance and can certainly afford to fund 100% NRC budget from public money and taxes to ensure 100% NRC independence and transparency in accomplishing its safety mission without interference and pressure from nuclear industry lobbyists and executives. NRC is the most important US Government Agency for ensuring nuclear safety of all Americans. This is a national and urgent issue, which needs to be addressed by The President of United States and US Congress.

Thank you and please feel to circulate this message. This is the first message on the subject of NRC Budget and the responsibilities of the The President of United States and US Congress for ensuring nuclear safety from aging nuclear reactors for all Americans..
