Site  : OYSTER CREEK Emergency Class  : NON EMERGENCY "At 0745 EDT, on 9/1/13, a Sea Turtle was sighted at the [Oyster Creek] Dilution Plant. The Sea Turtle was captured at 0815. The Brigantine Marine Mammal Standing center has been notified."

The licensee has notified the NRC Resident Inspector.

Notified R1DO (Newport) via email and the NRC Endangered Species Group has been provided a copy of this logbook entry via e-mail.
