This will follow your question to me on our license amendment request for a change in title in our Organization Chart. I am attaching the actual chart revised to show the change in title of the ASST. DIRECTOR RAD & SAFETY (Radiation Safety Officer) to Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) per our discussion. Thank you for pointing out the multiple things that appeared in the recreated electronic version that had originally been sent. I trust this will make clear both the simplicity ad intent of the change.

On the matter of new appointments, I am sure there will be a formal letter from the new leadership notifying the NRC of the Commission's appointment of a new Director and Governor initiated changes in the membership and chairmanship of the Commission.
