Dear Mr. Pacilio:
By letter dated August 23, 2013, you were informed of the establishment of the Mitigating Strategies Directorate (MSD) in the agency. Mr. Peter J. Bamford, Licensing Project Manager (PM) for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (TMI-1) is temporarily providing support to the MSD. Therefore, this letter is to inform you that effective September 1, 2013, through October 5,2013, Mr. Richard B. Ennis is assigned as the agency's Licensing PM for TMI-1.
Starting October 6, 2013, Mr. John D. Hughey will assume this responsibility.
