-Revision to P-T Curves and LTOP Limits, and 10 CFR 50.12 Exemption Request August 13, 2013 Page 2 In the Reference 1 letter, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) requested proposed changes that would modify the pressure-temperature (P-T) limit curves and Low Temperature Overpressure Protection (LTOP) limits in the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station (TMI), Unit 1 Technical Specification (TS) Sections 3.1.2 ("Pressurization Heatup and Cooldown Limitations"), 3.1.12 ("Pressurizer Power Operated Relief Valve (PORV), Block Valve, and Low Temperature Overpressure Protection (LTOP)") and 4.5.2 ("Emergency Core Cooling System").Also included was an exemption request concerning initial reference temperature values.In the Reference 2 letter, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission requested additional information.

Reference 3 was our response to that letter.In the Reference 4 letter, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission requested additional information.

Attachment 1 is our response to the request for information.

Attachment 2 is updated AREVA Document No. ANP-3102, "Three-Mile Island Unit 1 Appendix G Pressure-Temperature Limits at 50.2 EFPY with MUR," Revision 3, dated July 2013.Exelon has reviewed the information supporting a finding of no significant hazards consideration and the environmental consideration provided to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Reference

1. The additional information provided in this submittal does not affect the bases for concluding that the proposed license amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.

In addition, the additional information provided in this submittal does not affect the bases for concluding that neither an environmental impact statement nor an environmental assessment needs to be prepared in connection with the proposed amendment.

There are no regulatory commitments contained in this submittal.
