The report identified the need for further Turkey Point seismic walkdown inspections for those deferred items that were inaccessible during the 180 day response period. These deferred seismic walkdown inspections have been completed.

The purpose of this letter is to provide the update to the Turkey Point Seismic Walkdown Report for those items that were identified as inaccessible during the 180-day response period. All affected sections of the report have been updated, including the current status of items that were entered into the Corrective Action Program (CAP). All changes and updates to the report are denoted using either revision bars or Revision 2 annotations.

The previously submitted walkdown forms have not been re-submitted, only the newly developed and completed walkdown forms are enclosed.The updated Seismic Walkdown Report for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 is enclosed.Florida Power & Light Company 9760 SW 3 4 4 th St., Homestead, FL 33035 Turkey Point Nuclear Plant L-2013-198 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Page 2 of 2 There were no adverse conditions identified as a result of these supplemental seismic walkdowns.
