Peach Bottom Request for Exemption Hello - Staff performed an acceptance review of your request for exemption dated May 23, 2013, Exemption Request for Transnuclear TN-68 Casks Loaded with Fuel Bundles with Incorrect Cooling Times, to determine if the request contains sufficient technical information in scope and depth to allow the staff to complete a detailed technical review. The exemption request appears to contain the information needed for our technical review, and has been accepted for review.
