Steven Hamrick Lisa Fuca Mark Dryden On May 30, 2013, NRC staff spoke with NextEra Energy (NextEra) staff regarding NextEras March 25, 2013, submittal to the NRC transmitting the Decommissioning Funding Status Report for Seabrook Station. NRC staff informed NextEra that the NRC would generate a request for additional information in response to information in the report. Specifically, the NRC would request clarifying information as to what portion of Seabrooks decommissioning trust fund balance of $460,911,928 was dedicated to NRC decommissioning activities as defined in 10 CFR 50.2.
