Quality of NRC Inspections & Reports needs to be cross checked with SONGS Nuclear Oversight Findings, SONGS Division Self Assessment Reports and SONGS Open NMOs to make an intelligent determination and develop aggressive line of defensible questioning for reasonableness of 2012 O&M and Capital Project Expenditure Costs.
