7 Ms. Lia Strell Resident of San Marcos, CA - near the San Onofre Plant 760-815-6178 liasculpt @ yahoo.com She is very concerned about the possible restart of SONGS. She does not know why it would restart if it cannot be guaranteed to be safe. She feels that the technology is old and is getting more and more dangerous. She feels like this process is out of control and that the company is going to prevail in being able to restart. She doesn't think they should be able to test the plant at 70% power to see if it is safe. Please don't sell or share her contact information.
