Reference A submitted changes to the San Onofre Physical Security Plan that Southern California Edison (SCE) determined did not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. Reference B requested additional information regarding the changes. to this letter contains the Safeguards Information portion of SCE's response to the Reference B Request for Additional Information (RAI). Note that Enclosure 1 contains Safeguards Information. to this letter contains the Security Related Information portion of SCE's response to the Reference B Request for Additional Information. SCE requests that, which contains Security Related Information, be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
