AFFIDAVIT CERTIFYING DESTRUCTION OR REDACTION OF PROTECTED INFORMATION I have received Protected Information pursuant to the Boards December 10, 2012 Order (Granting Joint Motion for Entry of a Protective Order and Non-Disclosure Agreement). The Protected Information was disclosed to me via the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Electronic Information Exchange on December 12, 2012. As required by Paragraph 7 of the Boards Order and the Non-Disclosure Affidavit I signed, I confirm that I have destroyed or redacted any copies of filings, officials transcripts, exhibits, and notes in my possession containing the Protected Information.
