San Clemente, CA, General Comment Is it really more important to endanger the lives of millions of Southern Californians and all of the marine life that surrounds the San Onofre nuclear plant with a partial restart to test what we all know is a flawed redesign?
The answer is NO! Way to much to risk here for the benefit of a sick experiment. We are not lab rats and will not accept anything less than total shutdown without absorbing Edison's costs.
