po box 248 SANTA MONICA, CA, 90406 General Comment As a filmmaker and a parent, we need to abundantly over cautious with regard to nuclear power - one only needs to look at Chernobyl or the Fukishima accidents to show how we must be vigilant and overly cautious with regard to licenses. This company has shown a pattern of deceit and obfuscation - and does not deserve the public trust. Companies need to bend over backwards in order to prove they can handle the awesome responsibility with regard to the most dangerous form of generating electricity known to man - and that's why we have regulations in place - to prevent the wrong people from risking our lives. I urge you to deny this company a license to restart this plant, until a civic forum complete with years of proof of their effective protections, up to date and beyond the standards expected, prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that their plant is safely built, on a safe fault line, with regard to shifting earth atmosphere, increased sea levels, etc, etc. Thank you.
