NRC-2013-0070-DRAFT-0198 Comment on FR Doc # 2013-08888 Significant Hazards Significant Hazards Submitter Information Address: Anaheim, CA, 92802 General Comment Please make decisions regarding SONGS on factual and technical basis rather than emotional or political basis. With respect to Nuclear, the fear exhibited by the public is in some way healthy since it there are serious safety consequences.

However, media and anti-nuclear groups are exploiting this fear and driving many would-be indifferent citizens into a panic, which trickles its way up to elected officials.

What is really needed is a respect for the dangers and a comprehensive analysis assuring safety. I believe it is clear that SONGS is safe to restart under the limitations imposed by Southern California Edison.SUNSI Review Complete Template = ADM -013 E-RIDS= ADM-03 Add= B.
