San Clemente Greens General Comment It is time to shut down San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station for good.The old plant is a relic. Attempting to restart one of its patched up units as an experiment is a risk no company or government agency should ask families to take. Can Edison guarantee no more tubes will leak radiation?

Can the NRC? I don't think so. This is America. We don't gamble with the lives and safety of our people for profit. We don't need San Onofre. We have sufficient electricy without it. We always did.
