1870 Wilstone Ave Leucadia, CA, 92024 General Comment It's time to get on with it and get San Onofre back on line. We need the power it produces and we need to avoid the cost and C02 associated with replacement power. Repairing or replacing the steam generators will take time, but operating at 70% power will allow safe production of the power we need.
