Please don't allow the utility to gamble with our lives. We deserve to know how risky turning on the damaged reactor may be, before its turned on again. Let us hear the reports & information. Let us speak first.
I think the lives of people in the surrounding community should know what "no significant hazards" means.
Don't grant the application.
