Submitter Information Name: Kevin Higgins Address: 45127 Willowick Temecula CA, 92592 General Comment I think that the NRC and Southern Califormia Edison have created a gap in regards to trust when dealing with the general public. The meetings that have taken place here in California are so manipulated by corporate heads that it is hard to believe the meeting is structured at all for public input. Southern California Edison invites union reps to show up and are instructed to cheer when anyone says something good about San Onofre nuclear power station. This is supposed to be a public meeting, yet it is controlled and manipulated by Southern California Edison. When any of the information about San Onofre is put out through the media, a spokes person from Southern California Edison will state it is just a pin size hole leak, yet why would a nuclear facility be closed down for a year and half for a pin size hole leak? Let's be honest with one another. We want this situation to go to a public/court hearing because we no longer trust the NRC or Southern California Edison. Let some professionals from other organization cross examine on the situation so we know it is safe. This is what it has come to because your process and Southern California lost the general public's trust. Thanks SUNSI Review Complete Template ADM - 013 E-RIDS= ADM-03 Add= B.
