Dear Commissioner Florio,
I understand that May 13-17, 2013 hearings in the San Onofre investigation (11210013) is planning to violate the Bagley-Keene Open Meetings Act. If you waste tax payer money on a meeting that will ultimately be ruled illegitimate and void, people will sue you and win. WTF are you thinking?
