3200 Butler Ave Los Angeles, CA, 90066 General Comment Please require a full hearing with testimony of experts before San Onofre is allowed to reopen. As a physician I am concerned about the level of radioactivity the community has already been exposed to. There is no assurance that this leak will not be repeated. Even low levels of radiation increase cancers.
