General Comment It is time to retire San Onofri!! An earthquake off Baja California or Hawaii could create another Fukishima type tidal wave that would be especially damaging with the rising sea level. San Onofri lies near many earthquake faults: let alone the San Andreas fault. PLEASE ALLLOW SAN ONOFI TO BE RETIRED NOW!!
