aalvelais2016@hightechhigh.org San Marcos, CA, 92059 General Comment Hello, i would like to express my opinion on the san onofre power plant. i believe that the reactor is not in a good place to sprung a leak, simply because of the location the plant is in. where i live is within thirty miles from the plant, if it leaks the radiation could reach my community forcing us to move without an option.
