Given generics & no incisive analysis, should not there be re SEC response No. 1,2. "There should be a significant decrease...accident..."? 2. If plans are to merely operate for a few months, does that not inply that the facility is being run as an experiment, i.e., subject to failure within any interval? 3.
Both of these questions imply the acceptance of assumptions about "human" survival that few outside scientists... would accept. 4. "Distrust" & political opposition to such nuclear facilities follows.
