& the NRC to keep crippled nuclear plant SanOnofre shut. San Onofre is in an active earthquake zone in a tsunami zone. The components within the reactor have failed before their time, not once but twice. The reactor containment vault has been breached to facilitate equipment installation. It must be further breached for a subsequent replacement of fail equipment. The containment vault's integrity will no longer be certain.
It is imperative that you must say NO to So Cal Edison's requests for any kind of a restart of the San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant.
Say NO Edison's current license amendment requests.
Say NO to Edison's request for a "No Significant Hazard" statement.
The lives a 8,000,000 humans are at stake if their is a nuclear incident like Fukushima.
