I am a law abiding citizen and a tax payer since 1985. According to the Edison operates its San Onofre Nuclear Power plant near Carlsbad, there is a possibility of 85% that the plant will have a leak or male function of some sort. Even if they shut down the plant again, it will heat up, and that there is the possibility of explosion and danger to many in nearby area and possibly to the entire Southern California.

As a concern citizen, I am requesting you all officials to NOT ALLOW EDISON OR TO PERMIT THEM TO START THIS PLANT UNTIL ALL NECESSARY INVESTIGATION IS DONE. Even the former Director General for the Energy and Nuclear Power agency, he gave a speech before he was forced out of his office, All Nuclear Plants in the United States are old, outdated, and dangerous for operation.
