This letter is to inform you that effective June 3,2013, Mr. Robert Beall has been assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Acting Branch Chief for Plant Licensing Branch 1-1 through August 24, 2013.
Mr. Beall assumes all licensing oversight duties in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing for Plant Licensing Branch 1-1 regarding James A.
Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant previously performed by Mr. Sean Meighan.
