San Onofre - NO Restart!
Dear Carol,
San Onofre MUST NOT BE RESTARTED before all the lessons learned from the catastrophe at Fukushima are reviewed and applied to San Onofre. The video from the NRC meeting two weeks ago shows clearly that the NRC is planning to restart San Onofre "in a timely manner" - meaning they intend to restart the crippled nuclear reactor leaking radioactive steam and at 70 percent capacity as soon as they can get away with it.
This MUST NOT HAPPEN!
Please write me back and assure me that IT WILL NOT!
