Dear Mr. Henderson:
This refers to the meeting conducted on April 29, 2013, at the Rock Hill City Hall Rotunda in Rock Hill, SC. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the NRC's Reactor Oversight Process (ROP) and the NRC's annual assessment of plant safety performance for the period of January 1, 2012, to December 31, 2012. The slides presented during the meeting are enclosed.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
