NRC Confirmatory Order EA-1 1-214 Palisades Nuclear Plant Dockets 50-255 License No. DPR-20 Letter from Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., Confirmatory Order (Effective Immediately) (NRC Inspection Report No. 05000255/2011015 and NRC Office of Investigations Report No. 3-2011-003) Palisades Nuclear Plant, dated January 25, 2012 (ADAMS Accession Number ML12026A383).
Section V, item number 8 of the subject Confirmatory Order states: Entergy shall inform the NRC Regional Administrator, Region III, in witing within 30 days of the completion of all of the actions described in this Confirmatory Order.
This letter is to inform you that Entergy has completed all the actions described in the subject Confirmatory Order. All related documentation is aeilable for review.
