The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has forwarded the enclosed Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License, Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination, and Opportunity for a Hearing, to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.

This notice relates to your application dated January 3, 2013, in which you request to change the title of the Physical Security Plan, from the Maine Yankee Nuclear Power Station Physical Security Plan, to the Maine Yankee Nuclear Atomic Power Station Guard Training and Qualification Plan, and the Maine Yankee Nuclear Power Safeguards Contingency Plan to the Maine Yankee Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Physical Security Plan.
