Dear Mr. Shea:

This letter confirms a Category 1 public meeting which has been scheduled for May 7, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. (EDT). The enclosed meeting notice provides additional details. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a predecisional enforcement conference following the completion of a focused problem identification and resolution inspection (ML13085A258) identifying three apparent violations at the Watts Bar Nuclear Power Plant Unit 2.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs Agency wide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
