Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. is submitting the initial license written examination re-take for the Palisades Nuclear Plant, in accordance with NUREG-1 021, "Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors," Revision 9, Supplement 1. The written examination is scheduled for March 1, 2013. The following materials are enclosed:

ES 401-2, PWR Examination Outline (updated)
- ES 401-4, List of Rejected K/A's
- ES 401-6, Written Examination Quality Checklist
- RO Written Examination (ready to give with handouts)
