Dear Sir or Madam:

On March 12, 2012, the NRC issued Reference I to request information associated with Near-Term Task Force (NTTF) Recommendation 2.1 for Flooding.

One of the Required Responses in this letter directed licensees to submit a Flood Hazard Reevaluation Report in accordance with the NRC's prioritization plan.On May 11, 2012, the NRC issued the prioritization plan of response due dates regarding flooding hazard reevaluations (Reference 2). Enclosure 1 of that letter prioritized Comanche Peak as a Category 1 Site.Category 1 Sites are required to submit the Flooding Hazard Reevaluation Report by March 12, 2013.The Enclosure to this letter is Luminant Generation Company LLC's Flood Hazard Reevaluation Report in response to Reference 1, Enclosure 2, required response 2.Should you have any questions regarding this submittal, please contact Dennis Buschbaum, at (254)-897-5851 or dennis.buschbaum@luminant.com.
