The following document is enclosed for official filing with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA):

One printed copy and four CD's of draft Supplement 49 to NUREG-1437, "Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants," regarding the license renewal of Limerick Generating Station, Units 1 and 2.

Simultaneously with this letter, draft Supplement 49 has been submitted to EPA via e-NEPA. In addition, a copy of draft Supplement 49 is being mailed or e-mailed to interested Federal and State agencies, industry organizations, interest groups, and members of the public. The distribution list is in Chapter 11. A copy of this document has also been placed in the U.S.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) Public Document Room, One White Flint North, 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland 20852, and in the NRC Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). Please note that the public comment period for draft Supplement 49 ends on June 27, 2013.
