Hi Jeff, I learned a lot from our discussion yesterday. When the Utah PRA study comes in, I'd be curious to see if they discuss the plausibility/probability of failure mode similar to that which occurred at the Taum Sauk pumped storage facility in the Ozarks back in 2005. There the dam failed due to overtopping when pumps failed to turn off due to faulty level sensors. It might not be relevant since I don't think Taum Sauk had a spillway.
