RE: Duke Letter Dated 02-26-2010 Revising Commitment Dates Eric, it's good to hear from you, I'm doing fine. I'm not sure where the OFI is currently at or where it's going. I continue to work on the project and recently completed a US Bureau of Reclamation 2 day course on dam PRAs. I know that there is a backfit rule documented evaluation that is moving forward but it's not clear what it is going to support: An order, another letter?
The most recent letter from Duke and the previous correspondence from them clearly indicates that they are making slow progress on resolving the issue. Do you have any insights on where NRC is headed or where Duke is headed?
