- Lois, Questions 4, 5, and 6, could be updated based on some of the work on the data I developed.
A suggestion I would make is to informally pass on some of the information I have developed over to DE in lieu of a meeting between us and them. This would be quicker and maybe more diplomatic from an interdivisional point of view, since we also received the data informally. The assumptions here are that (i) there is no additional results other than the 101 runs we received, (ii) we have no formal explanation from the licensee as to what insights are gleaned from these results.
I can try to complete a simple write-up by today or tomorrow, although I would have to do this at home since I don't have MATLAB in the office.

RE: 11 Questions to Duke How does this relate to questions that we have with the Duke Nov. 30, submittal? Would we have other questions to add?
Note that I spoke to Dave Skeen on 1/7/10, after learning of this add'I set of questions, and told him that Jeff and Lois would engage with Meena and George on these questions, noting that there is great value if we are all on board together and that we may have questions to add.

11 Questions to Duke Lois, in our discussion today with Meena and George they gave me the list of 11 questions that they recently asked Duke. That list is attached. The list is dated December 10 and I assume that DE asked Duke these questions back in December informally. Did I understand correctly when they indicated that these are the questions that DE is planning to ask Duke via an additional letter in the near term?
