Beaver Valley Unit 1 180 Day Steam Generator Inspection Report (L-12-331)

Date: Monday, February 25, 2013 1:24:00 PM Phil, the NRC staff is reviewing the subject report, submitted October 24, 2012 (ADAMS Accession No. ML12299A088). In order for the staff to complete its review of the report, please provide the following information:

1. Provide the number of Effective Full Power Years that the replacement steam generators had operated at the time of the 2012 outage.

2. Please clarify the definitions for the tubesheet diametrical over-expansions and bulges.

You may respond to these questions by electronic transmission, but you should understand that your response will be made publically available.

A reply by March 8, 2013 would be appreciated.
