Dear Ms. Jacobs:

In communications on February 7, 2013, Mr. S. Hedger, Operator Licensing Branch, and Mr. C. This inspection is planned for the week of July 29, 2013.

The NRC inspectors request to observe a tabletop or control room simulator exercise, combined with plant walkthroughs with plant operators to allow inspection of TI-186 attributes.

Mr. C. Fugate has been advised of this request and provided with the name and address of the NRC lead inspector assigned to this inspection.
