Hi John,
In the final RAI response that came last month, the licensee did not state where they obtained the Ni content values listed for the inlet and outlet nozzle forgings (the FSAR doesnt list Ni content for these nozzles). However, for the inlet nozzles, I noted that Table 3-1 WCAP-17441 states that the Ni content data for the inlet nozzles are from certified material test reports (CMTRs), so those are acceptable.
So, the only thing I need to wrap up the SE (almost finished) is for them to confirm that the Ni Content for the outlet nozzles are measured values from certified material test reports. All thats needed is literally just a sentence or less stating whether the Outlet nozzle Ni content listed in Table 1 of the RAI response was a measured value obtained from a CMTR. I think we can almost infer that it is, but the statement should come from them.
